NO BREAST FEEDING FOR THIS BABY

Three things scared me when I was a kid: The little girl with the spinning head in Exorcist (even if it was the edited for TV version), the alien bursting out of the guy's chest in Alien (yet again, the edited for TV version), and clowns at Christmas. As I got older I actually loved the Aliens. I have still not been able to sit all the way through the Exorcist and still not too thrilled about clowns...at any time of year.

Spent the last few hours inking this. Maybe I got carried away. Not sure. I have been staring at this so long. You know how you can spend so much time on a picture, and then you think you are OK, but you are actually on the borderline of screwing it up? I stepped away from it, then came back. I think I lost my mind again at some point here. I think I like it. Won't know for sure until I check it out again in the morning. See it with a fresh set of eyes. If anyone has any thoughts in the meantime, let me know.

PREVIEW: PREDATOR

Hot off the press is this here Predator. Spent the last hour and half drawing him up.  It's half time, so I am breaking for something to eat. Maybe some more coffee. Maybe had enough of that today. I lost track after four cups. So here's what's cookin. I'll be back inking in the next hour or so, and be able to post later on. If it turns out  OK. ALIEN INVASIONS AND ASPARAGUS

Not sure if two aliens really make up and invasion, but...well there's more to come. So this is my first posting with aliens. To me nothing says alien monster like a giant brain. Star Trek had a big alien headed dude. Mars Attacks had them. Seems like there were old random 50's and 60's sci-fi monsters with big brains. The alien below kinda reminds me a bit of the monster on the Frankenberry cereal box also. The weed with the eyeballs...not sure...maybe some subconscious homage thing with the floating eyeball from Big Trouble in Little China.You probably forgot about that, huh? I had asparagus the other night. Maybe it's asparagus from outer space. Maybe the big brained alien cyclops is hungry for asparagus from outer space?
